How do you transfer Spore onto another computer without losing saved game data?

I want to transfer my spore game (both Spore game, Creature creator, and creepy and cute expansion pack, and Galactic adventures when it comes out) onto another computer without losing any game data. (creatures, planets etc.) How can I do this, or is it not possible?How do you transfer Spore onto another computer without losing saved game data?
first you need a DVD copy the game folder from your installed directory of your first comp and burn it to the dvd after that install spore again on your 2nd comp after that copy the folder from the DVD and paste it onto your 2nd comps install directory

Because Spore is by EAGames, they may have put the save folder in My Documents.

The sims 2 is created by EAGames and there is a folder in My Documents that contain all the saved folders, if Spore is the same all you have to do is install the game on the other computer and copy the folder in My Documents and place it in My Documents on your new computer.How do you transfer Spore onto another computer without losing saved game data?
You first create an online account, than transfer all of your creations on to the top, apparently you can't transfer your planet, so the only option is start a new game, but luckily all the creations will automatically got transfer to your new computer if you share those with the web
