Spore galactic adventures keeps crashing help please?

ok straight and simple my spore galactic adventures crashes at random times during game play nothing freezes even the music keeps playing normally but the screen minimizes and the usual window saying "an error has occured would you like to submit an error report" and then there is that little send dont send buttons on the bottem of the window and after i press one of them the game shuts down instantly so can anyone tell me why this is happening and how i can fix it

my system specs

1.86 ghz, 2.00 gb of ram

graphics unknown but its a nvidia geforce go

i dont think system specs is a problem

Were you ever able to play this game properly? Are you able to play other graphically intense games? What operating system do you have? If you have Vista, try this:

Right click on the Spore icon and choose "Run As Administrator". If that doesn't work or you are running xp, maybe try updating your video card driver, either from the manufacturer's website, through the device manager or though Windows updates.Spore galactic adventures keeps crashing help please?
