Sh*t, Spore disc scratched up...?

Ok so a while ago my disc got scrached up badly so I can't play, and since I want the new expansion... is there any way to get it to work without buying a new disc?Sh*t, Spore disc scratched up...?

Since you have nothing to lose, try the toothpaste trick though. Take a small dab of white toothpaste and rub it in little circles around the disk (not out from the centre). Then wash off all the toothpaste.

Wal MArt sells a CD Scratch repair and there are places that have CD Polisher Machines. Remember this. If you Scratch the Back Side of the CD it is gone. If ya scratch the Shiney side it can probably be fixed. . .

Once you have downloaded the game on to your computer you shouldn't have to put the disk in anymore. But if you have tried that you can try wiping the disk down with rubbing alcohol or toothpaste. If that doesn't work then Im not sure what will.

Go to your nearest Game Crazy store (they're usually right next to Hollywood Video) and get it cleaned for about $1.50. If that doesn't work then you might have to get another copy.
Yes for 6 dollers you can get the first surfast scraped of and you can use it again go to best buy
use the inside of a banana skin.. just keep rubbing the disc for 20minutes... then use a soft cloth to wipe off the banana fiber.. the disc should be repaired to a great extent :P
